Utorrent
yes that indicates that there are no incoming connections..when u click on the triangle you come to an option that says to check if port is forwarded properly and to configure the connection speeds..
i am a regular u torrent user and my port is never forwarded correctly..despite the orange triangle i get very good download speeds..a trick i use is to use the"force start" option on the downloads..right click on a downloading torrent and use force start option..i also noticed that over time the triangle becomes green..hope it helps!

Utorrent doesnt work with Huawei e220
Well, you could always try using Vuze ( formerly Azerus ) as a new bittorrent program, as it work very nicely. Though, you may have the same problem as you're having with uTorrent.
What you have to do is go into your router's settings and open port 25320 so the bittorrent program can get a connection.

How to port forward huawei e220 usb modem to bittorrent.
unfortunately the download speed of the e220 are really bad I know I had it .then i upgraded to the e180 and it has 7.2 Mbs and is great for bittorent if thats what you wanted to forward ports for . But you can't portforward with either but for the e180 you get great speeds even without the portforwarding eg bittorent downloads at 180- 200 Kilobytes per second . Hope that clarified it for you

Utorrent port not working
It doesn't need to be port forwarded unless it is not downloading. But if you must, check portforward.com for instructions specific to your router.

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
