I have a 'True Flat' Model#27f5227 and it's lost it's brain. The T.V. will turn itself on and bounce between 3 & 98, from one channel to the other and it doesn't respond to any buttons pushed(tv or remote). Is this repairable? Is there some way I can reset it? It worked fine the night before. We shut everything down & left. When we returned it was on bouncing between stations.

First thing, check batteries in remote, next make sure there are no obstructions between your remote and your tv. i would then call olevia tech support and describe your problem. sounds like the remote sensor has failed. usually covered under warranty. check with olevia to see if they have a factory wide problem or issue with remotes. persistance pays off in this case so just keep on top of tech support. hope this helps, john.
