Unplug the TV/VCR/DVD Combo from the main power for a couple of minutes, the unit may eject the tape at the power ON.
You can also try openening the unit, reset the loading posts and eject the tape by manually turning gears, motors etc..You have to know what you're doing otherwise, you will do more damage or get injured and don't forget HIGH VOLTAGE CAN KILL.

Suddenly tapes won't play on VHS/HDD/DVD recorder.I get a 'no signal' message.

You may have a head alignment issue with your machine. This is a basic repair. Contact an electronics repair shop and have them quote you. They usually will charge you a diagnostics fee as a minimum.

How to remove a cassette stocked in a vhs machine?

If the VHS tape is stuck inside, and when you push the eject button, it wont come out. Then you need to unplug the VHS player, take it apart so that you can access the inside. See how the tape is stuck inside and start to take it out the best you can. Once you get it out you may have to throw away the tape if it is messed up badly, if not wind it back up. Put the VHS player back together once you get the tape out. Then try to play another VHS tape and see if it works again. If not, it may be a bad VHS player or it may be the tapes. Hope this helps. I have had to take mine apart to take a tape out, so that's how I know

Vhs view block

It sounds to me like you have a blank tape or an SVHS tape, which won't play on a VHS machine though they look the same tape.

Small motorla color tv vhs tape is stuck in tv

Remove power to the set - unplug the wall outlet. Remove the screws that attach the back cover. Remove the cover. Remove the cables that connect to the VHS drive to the TV main board. Remove the mounting screws that attaches the VHS drive to the set. Remove the VHS drive. Manually turn the take-up gear which is near a motor to allow the tape to mechanically eject the tape - do not force.

I have a Samsung 13" TV,combo VHS player that is stuck on (unless unplugged). I am unable to change channels, change volume, or play a tape. I think the buttons are stuck. Can you help?

It sounds like you are right . the button for power my be the one that is giving you trouble .. remove the cover and you will see plastic clips that hold the face plate on.. top and bottom. lift the clips and remove the face plate. make sure nothing is on the contact switch's and while holding the tape door open replace the faceplate, making sure to snap all the clips in place. If it is not on all the way it could hold down on one of the switches.

Error message E4 and stuck tape

Yes with care. Simply remove the cover and with care unwrap the tape. If you must break the tape - but make sure all residual tape is cleanly removed. Re assemble and put a tape head cleaner through- following the instructions.
