you must turn one of ,one driver will be for Ethernet the other for wifi.right hand side connect icon right click go to network and sharing ,left hand side up top change adapter choose the one you want.as the the yellow marks its telling those drivers are missing.you need either to download them or look for your driver or motherboard disc as the drivers will be on there.

Start downloading the chipset driver and install it. Select the newest one for your operating system. All the files you need to download has to be unziped before installation.
