We just fixed this same issue with ours. Your princesses are out of alignment so their dresses are catching up on each other. Remove the centre cap and use the gears under each princess to turn the princesses clock-wise so that they're all facing straight out from their position. Once you have achieved this, carefully place the plate back into position, and test it before putting the center cap in place. We found it was just that the dresses were just catching up on each other and when turned facing straight out, it no longer happened. Good luck, hope this helps!

just squeeze the air out of the cake, position the circle on the bottom of the cake onto the circle in the oven, wave the wand over the heart or press the heart and it should rise in 5-30 seconds

I had the same problem. It does in fact 'snap' together, but you will have to put a little umph into to it. Good luck and Merry Christmas!

Use the hardware that comes with the Disney Princess canopy package to install the main canopy hook in your ceiling. Center the steel ceiling hook above the center of the twin bed and screw it into the ceiling by hand or with pliers. 2 Follow the included instructions and insert the four poles into the sleeves of the canopy. The two longer poles will run lengthwise above the bed, while the two shorter pieces will run widthwise above the bed. 3 Attach the canopy to the ceiling hook by slipping the plastic ring of the canopy onto the hook. The four polyester sides of the canopy should now hang over the twin bed. 4 Use the customer support form through the Exxel Outdoors website if you have questions regarding your Disney Princess canopy.

I had the same problem. Googled my problem and found free download software called "Revo Uninstaller."
1st step - download "Revo Uninstaller" 100% freebie
2nd step - Select Advanced scan per it will delete any leftover files, I believe the selection will default to "moderate", but select Advanced - it states that it's slower but it went pretty quickly. the next steps are just sequences of selecting "next". it will show you what it found before selecting deleting for the leftover files - the file was in bold text, which was an alpha numeric title - ex. 74C55......... Be sure to check this box. It's pretty easy and it works. I went to the Add/Remove folder and the Disney Magic Dress Up was no where in sight.
