You probably have something stuck in the drian hose itself. Have seen many that a ball of lint with a dime, penny or five cents stuck in the middle of the hose.
You can take the drain hose out of the drain and put it in the floor drain and it will gravity flow all the water out, so don't think it has anything in it. When it goes to the rinse or drain cycle, you can here a click, then wait 3 seconds, then click. Then wait 10 seconds and same sequence, click then click 3 seconds later. The click sounds like a relay or something? After about 10 minutes of this, it will start dinging and have the nd code.
I forgot to add, I never hear the drain motor come on. I don't think it is getting power, but don't know how to check with the volt meter to make sure. I have the back and top off and have not found any loose connections.
just with the back panel off you can check if you have 120v AC going to your drain motor
put your washer in a drain spin cycle and check for voltage to the pump

Finally the washer must be placed with a tilt- use a
spirit level- so that all water will drain to the outlet port and thereby there
is no residual water remaining.
