open the epson site/ select driver download option/put the model number of the scanner/ and do the free installation/
also alternately you can search the same in google.
Sorry, but I don't believe there is or ever will be a driver written for that scanner & Win 7, The best that could be done is to try an install as administrator and in Compatibility Mode XP SP2

Before you toss the scanner out, try uninstalling the Twain driver for the scanner and re-installing it. Go to Epson.com, select your country, select drivers & support, scanners and choose your scanner. This way, you will get the latest twain driver. If the new driver doesn't work, then the scanner may be toast, but I don't think so.
