My memory card show to format it when i attach it to my pc but after formatting i cant able to use it now what can i do

Soory dude very sorry to say that your card will never work again.
who said you to format the memory card with your pc. You doen't, every phone has a format opt for formatting the card. And in every phone's manual it is written that "Format your card with your phone option. Don't format with your PC It will pemanently damaged your card". So, formatting your card with pc will damage your card for forever.

You just need to format it once again from your personal computer and then place your memory card in to your mobile after placing your memory card format your memory card through your mobile after that you can use your memory card.If you face still problem means you need to visit your nearest services center so that they will flash your memory card this may take few minutes after that it will be as new .Thanks for your question happy to help.
