The Bravia kdl-46s4100 is approx 6 yrs old, so what you're looking for is going to be somewhat buried and by this time the discussion thread may even be closed, but whatever information is there should be extensive, as this was a popular model when new. Note also that the "46" in the model number refers only to the screen size (46") so information for any KDL-xxS4100 (where xx = the screen size) should be relevant to yours. Hope this helps.
It sounds lcd screen problem and lcd panel (screen) will be replaced. Please check with local tv repair shop or nearest Sony service center for lcd screen replacement.
hi this might be happening because of your cable if that isnt the problem then you will have to contact sony and let them know what is happening with tv
