I bent my flashdrive and now it won't read. I initially was able to wiggle it around and once it read, I could drag one file to the desk top. Now, I can't it to read at all. What shall I do?

You can include it as an attachment in an email.

When asked to browse for the file choose the desktop as the location, and then the file that is the icon.

when your file starts to download a browse option should open you can select your usb drive or once its downloaded you could copy and paste the file into the usb flash drive or drag and drop it into the usb drive
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your files right click on the file right copy navigate back to the destination drive right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor on the files drag them to folder
then drop them into your flash drive

Unzip file and copy and paste files only to the flashdrive. Do not move folder only files. Shut down HRDP. Plug in flashdrive. Power up HRDP. Update will perform which will default password.

USB storage device = Flashdrive. To download files, just drag the file to that folder.

Once you plug the sandisk into your computer, a window should pop up asking you if you want to view the files on the disk, if it does, click on it. If not, just go to Start Menu -> My Computer -> (The Flash Drive). Move this window to the side so you can see the desktop aswell as the flashdrive folder. (You have have to 'demaximize' (Restore Down) the window so that you can see the desktop aswell. Then go to the start menu again and go to "My Pictures" or wherever your pictures are located. then, you can click and drag the pictures from the "My Pictures" folder into the FlashDrive's folder. Once all the images are copied into the flashdrive folder, you can unplug the flash drive and the images will be on it.

Assuming you already have a flashdrive plugged into the computer with an internet connection, go download a program you want, such as Google Chrome. When it says "Save" or "Run", choose save and save it to your desktop. Once the download is complete, and before installing the program onto the current computer, open the start menu and go to my computer. Plug in your flash drive and it should appear in the My Computer window. Open your flash drive and move the window such that your file on your desktop is visible. Now click and drag the file on your desktop to the flash drive. Once the transfer is complete, remove your flash drive and insert it into the computer that does not have an internet access. Then go to my computer, and locate the flash drive and open it. Move the window such that the desktop in in sight. Click and drag the file from the flash drive to your desktop. Then remove the flash drive and install the program.

plug in your camera to your computer via usb port. a box will popup on your computer screen asking what you want to do, choose view files and folders. go to the DCIM folder and find the images/videos you want to copy. Plug in your flash drive via usb port and choose to view files and folders. go back to the window with the images/videos and highlight the ones you would like to copy, highlight multiple by clicking one then holding down the ctrl key on bottom left of keyboard, and then choosing another one. Once your images are highlighted click and drag them to the flashdrive window.

Plug your flashdrive in, when it appears on desk top or in prefs, drag your frontpage onto flashdrive icon and you'll be setn (NOTE make sure flashdrive is unlocked)
