My wife has recently purchsed a spongebob silhouette mp3 player but it came with no instructions on how to download music onto it. she is trying to down load from a cd. can you please help?

I have a notebook so had no disc drive so a friend downloaded some music onto a memory stick which I transferred onto my desk top. I then plugged in the spongebob player and simply opened the folder for the player then dragged the music folder to it and it downloaded the tracks onto it, took about 10 seconds to do a whole album. If you have a disc drive, I assume you can do the same, just drag and drop

put the music file onto your desktop, plug in the mp3 player, open the folder for it then drag the music file over to the folder, it takes about 10 seconds to put the whole album on

I am having the same problem did you manage to solve it.

check if the format of the music is in mp3 format this happened to me and i was told to change the format, see if this works.
