Whatever the problem, don't try to fix it!

Send it back and ask for a replacement!

MY ANALOG IS NOT WORKING INCLUDING MINUTES AND HOURS

Your earlier question gives the watch model.

The internet search using Google turned up the following discussion, particularly about the use of two batteries.
Unsure of how to resolve the problem, but it may be at the root when a battery is dead or newly replaced.

Do I reuse 2 batteries for my Umbro chrono watch?

Normally the Umbro Chronograph watches having analog and digital clock works on single battery. When u put the battery inside ur digital is working fine but some times for analog hands do not move due to the loose button which is used to move the watch hands. So pull it out again and insert it agin gently till tick sound comes and u r good to go.

Let me know if ur watch is working successfully:)

My DZ 7241 watch analog watch does not turn on?

please ckeck the crown of your analog time if it is pressed down, if it is pressed it is possible that even if it is a brand new watch, the battery has no power at all.. it is maybe that your newly purchased watch is been in its selling showcase fo a long time, so that the watch movement consume all the power of the analog's battery.. you have to replace the battery of your analog., Note: your watch has three batteries. I hope this will help..

It's broken. Mine is doing the same thing. Others online have experienced the same defect. I bought mine from woot.com in July and just gave it to my son for Christmas. Check the Seiko website and send it in for repair. It has a 3 yr warranty.

Digital/analog watch... analog part doesn't run

A lot of times they hide a second battery for the analog display under the larger battery used to run the digital display. Also, the 2025 may not have a full charge.

The hour & minute hands on my pulsar nx14-x001 do not move. the second hand quivers, but also does not move. the digital time and other functions are okay. HELP!

Without knowing the model of the watch i would say you need a new battery. It is typical for this style of watch to have two batteries or one lithium battery. In either case the analog movement will drain faster than the digital portion of the watch and will stop working first.
