I need a diagram for la145 for the deck belt - John Deere 22HP VTwin 48" Riding Mower

engine will quit when get off seat thats the safety --check the cable and deck actuator for engagement problem

Check all of your spindles to make sure no bearings are seized..also check all idler pulley bearings....good luck

Gary, Belt diagrams can usually be found on the Deck it self or in your manual. If you do not have either check the links below or Google search your make and model# manual.

Check the belt that runs from the engine to the transaxle, its separate from the belt that turns the blades. If the belt is ok I recommend you take the mower to a JD dealer.

Either you need a seat switch or the reverse switch has failed.If the deck will engage while you are pushing down the forward pedal then the rio or reverse switch is not working or it's out of adjustment.If you can not get the deck to engage at all then the problem is likely the seat switch.
