if the fan is still running when you open the door , the I would be leaving that idea as a last resort
try this
get 2 taper door chocks and put one either side at the back of the fridge
push the cabinet sideways and slip one chock in a bit then do the other side
many noises are from the bottom plate that the compressor is mounted on from tapping on the floor and lifting it a bit stops the noise
the same as when you open the door the pressure on that plate is removed and so it stops hitting the floor

replace the current relay and overload and start capacitor.
look for any looe or damaged wiring as well.

hi there, sounds like you need to clean the back of your fridge, dust maybe blocking your vents, causing poor cooling on your condensor

If there are two compressors on your unit, disconnect the freezer compressor. If only one compressor, nothing can be done as the fridge and freezer piping are in series. Assuming you have an upright fridge.

Hi, What kind of noise is it making?

Also have you tried moving the fridge slightly incase its up against a unit or sitting uneven as this can cause a noise if after this you still have the noise their isnt much you can do about it as its not worth replacing parts that are working fine.

I would move the fridge slightly or adjust the legs so its sitting even as this can cause a vibrating noise.

compressor may be locked up

That is normal, refrigerators work by removing the heat from the storage area, thus making it cold. This heat has to go somewhere. Most of it is blown out the back but some escapes through the sides of the fridge.
