Try right clicking on my computer and select manage. You can reach my computer in the start menu if it is not on your desktop. Then click on device manager. There will be a listing sounds and audio devices double click that and options should come up to scan for hardware changes update drivers.Choose to udate your drivers and it should prompt you to search the web for updated drivers. Once you have updated the drivers reboot the pc. Hope this helps.

Does the signal meter show any signal? Try plugging something into and out of the EXT Speaker jack to see if maybe that is preventing the internal speaker from working, or plug in an external speaker or headphone to test it. If the meter shows nothing, I'm concerned about your electronics, especially with the 'squelch' control 'wide-open'. 73's

When using my garmin to track exercise while on my stationary trainer, the Garmin does not record any speed or distance. I do have the cadense sensor installed and all of this seems to work fine when using...

The garmin works off of a GPS signal. If you are not moving, the GPS signal doesn't pick up any movement . . . .because you are not really moving. m Therefore, the speed and distance is nil.

Can not get any sound from the rear speakers when i select 4 speakers but there is sound from the simulation

The rear speakers will only activate when there is sufficient surround sound signal being sent to them by the software, therefore if you are not hearing anything in the rear speakers at the time there is no "surround" signal being sent to the speakers. There is usually some virtualization / spatial settings you can set in the control panel of the card, that will help simulate surround and send some signal to the rear, expecially in winamp, or media player.

Lose router signal everytime i restart my laptop

This seems to be an issue with the router itself. As the laptop is able to connect to other networks easily, the trouble seems to be with the router.

Try updating the firmware on the router. Also, change the wireless channel on the router and check if that helps. If the issue persists then I believe you will have to get the router replaced.

I can't hear.

I am not completely sure i understand whats going on. it seems like it could be a few things because of different parts of the question.

With my CB everyone else can hear me and the signal transmits fine
Good!
I have tested to see that my CB is picking up the signal
how? A meter on your radio should either light up or a needle should swing if you are receiving.
their voices don't play through my mic of my PA
A Mic is a microphone, i think you mean speaker.
Ok this may be the cause of the problem....
Try a couple of these.
First, unplug the PA Speaker, this simple act should make you to be able to hear the incoming signal.
Make sure the CB is on AM or CB not PA
If you can not hear the speaker may be busted or an internal part may be blown. (needing the expertise of a required technician)
If you can here when you do this make sure the speaker is working by plugging it into a computer. (mp3 players will barely put out enough power to make a sound audible) if this works, make sure you plug it into EXT not PA on the back of the radio.

one more thing to check. i dont know what radio you have but try turning it untill you hear static. if its all the way the other way you may not hear anything, also turn up any RX or rec. knobs.

i have limited knowledge about whats going on, but i hope this will help fixya

Speaker noise

Logitech X-240 seems love to pickup all RF noise.
Any AM [amplitude modulation] over such RF gets into audio as another noise - some might pick up AM radio signal although won't sound clear at all with some amplifiers [I am serious] - which has high gain preamps - less shielding and unmanaged ground wire handling.

Re-engineer with shilded cable - and [I don't know how normal users will do] - make sure the docking part is not the RF picker.
Well, when your CPU is processing millions of transistors are switching, and we call that digital noise, usually systems with high SNR {signal to noise ratio} should be more immune to such.

One more thing, it could be just the audio card [be it plugged in PCI bus or in Motherboard] could be a bad one - which is picking up noise - rearrange all cables inside CPU box - and check.

Isolate the problem - if it is from CPU, and audio-card --> audio line-out amp chip is picking the noise, - unplud the card or swap with another good audio card, possibly different make/model.
If the audio is on motherboard - do disable through BIOS setup.

4 speakers with games

For the rear surround speakers to work, the sound must be encoded in surround sound, and most games, if any, are not. The amp doesn't 'see' and information encoded in the sound signal for the rear speakers, therefore you get no sound.

Hope this helps, and please rate my advice.
Thank you, and good luck!!
