The top tether should attached to the seat already. There is a storage back in the centre of the cover which it may be stored in. The universal anchor straps are attached as well and may be hidden under the cover where the child bum would be if sitting in the seat.

If you need tether anchor points installed (often in older vehicles), I would suggest you contact your dealership. I had 2 installed in my 98' as they are required in Canada for forward facing seats. It is often done free or at minimal cost.

How can i connect my tablet to wifi without a house that dos not have Internet access in county wexford ireland.

Are you trying to just connect to wifi to access a local network or are you trying to access the internet? If you just want to connect to a local network, maybe to access other devices on the network, you would need a router broadcasting the network that all the devices connect to. If you are only trying to get access to the internet, consider purchasing a hot spot device. It will provide cellular type service and will broadcast a wifi signal that you can connect your tablet or other devices to for internet access. Hot spots will cost you a monthly fee for the service and you will have to purchase the device itself. Another possibility is to use your cell phone as a hot spot and tether the tablet to it. Just remember whatever data you use on your tablet will be charged to your data plan on your cell phone. On my nexus 5x phone, it's fairly easy to turn on (settings, under wireless and networks select more, select tethering and portable hotspot, turn on portable wifi hotspot, set a password if you want to). Once turned on, the phone will broadcast a signal that you can connect other devices to for internet access. Some cellular providers don't allow tethering. If that is the case with yours there are some apps that will still allow you to set up tethering such as AndroidTethering or Easy Tether. In the past, I've had some trouble connecting wirelessly using the apps and found that using USB tether options worked better for me.
tip

Use ANdroid phones as Modems when using laptop or desktop(pc).

The process of converting android phones to modem is called Tethering.

Before looking for and purchasing a suitable app, you will need a few things:

Android phone
Android phone drivers for your laptop or PC's operating system
USB cable

You should also be aware that using your mobile as a modem will impact on your data plan, so make sure that tethering your phone won't result in a huge bill from your network. Note also that some networks block tethering, which is why you might need to root your Android.

The first thing you need to do is find a suitable app. Several are available from the Market each with different requirements. Some must be paid for, whereas the free ones will usually require root access.

Four popular Android tethering apps are:

PDANet - costs $10 and doesn't require root access; also requires a desktop app.
EasyTether -this app is also $10 and doesn't require a rooted phone.
Tethering Widget - a free tethering app that requires your Android to be rooted.
Tethering - a free app that doesn't require rooting.

(I personally prefer tethering bcause its free)

Once downloaded and installed, these apps can then be tethered with a USB cable to use your Android cell as a modem for your computer.

HOW TO

Now that you have chosen and installed a suitable app to use your Android phone as a wireless modem, you can take advantage of the functionality it delivers. Once your phone is connected to your PC or laptop you should find that with the app installed and running, and the correct drivers installed on your PC, the computer will detect your phone as a modem and let you access the Internet with it.

There are differences in the various apps at this stage (for instance PDANet employs a client app on your PC) so you will need to check the instructions for the one you choose. The general rule is that with mobile internet active on your phone, your Android connected by USB to your computer and the application running, your PC will now be able to use the phone as a new network connection!

Tablet will not connect to wifi

When you tether with your Android-powered smartphone, you can connect to the Internet on your computer from any location covered by your cellphone service provider's network. Tethering allows your phone to act as a modem for the computer. Tethering applications such as Tether for Android allow you to set up tethering without the need to root your phone. Before tethering, check with your cellphone service provider to determine how much data you are allowed to use without incurring data charges. Excessive use of the Android phone as a modem can cause you to exceed your allotted data.

Search the Android Market on your phone for a tethering application. Applications such as EasyTether and PdaNet are available to download for free. Download the application from the Market. Installation begins immediately after the download. When installation finishes, an icon for the tethering app is placed on the Android's expanded home screen. Open a Web browser on the computer and access the site specified in the tethering application's description in the Market. Download and install the USB drivers needed to tether from the site. When installation is finished, an icon for the tethering application is placed on the computer's desktop. Tap "Settings" on your Android phone, then tap "Applications." Tap "Development" and enable "USB Debugging." When the field turns green, it is enabled. Connect the phone to the computer with its USB cable. Launch the tethering application on the phone. Launch the application on the computer. Click the option to connect to the Internet in the home screen. When the connection is established, confirmation is displayed in the status window.

I want to connect my mobile to my pc for net browsing through mobile by usb cable. system replies that no modem was detected.whats the problem?

Tethering your cellphone to your PC is first dependent on whether your cellphone is GPRS enabled and that you have a a data plan (preferably unlimited internet) with the service provider. The next step would be to check the service providers website, which can provide an application and instructions on how to tether the phone with a USB cord or Bluetooth. You can usually find it by searching "tethering" on the companies support page.

If your company does not provide support for tethering, but does not restrict it (make sure to read your service agreement) you may still be able to do it. From the phone options/settings menu select "internet Access" choose the PC connection field and select USB. This may vary depending on your particular cellphone model, but the process should be similar.

Connect the cellphone to your PC. You may need to install the modem driver, which may have been provided with a CD included with the cellphone purchase or your OS may prompt to search for the needed driver. If you're using windows you will want to open the Network Connection wizard found in the Control Panel and create a dial-up connection. You can go to http://www.taniwha.org.uk/gprs.html and enter the listed user name in the account name and the listed password in the password field. The phone number will usually be #777, but if that doesn't work you may be able to find the number via googling something like "access number for [phone service]".

Good luck, I hope this helps.
