You may need to reset the router (note that this will reset all settings).

To reset the router, locate the reset button (hole) on the rear panel of the unit. With the router powered on, use a paperclip to hold the button down for 10 seconds. Release the button and the router will go through its reboot process.
Wait about 30 seconds to access the router. The default IP address is 192.168.0.1. When logging in, the username is admin and leave the password box empty.

This is the webpage for the router on D-Link's site.

Navigate to http://192.168.0.1 in your web browser. For the username, enter "Admin". For the password, leave it blank.
Then follow the Setup Wizard to configure the router how you like.

The lights on the front of my D-Link RangeBooster G WBR-2310 Wireless Router are all on. But the three lights after the power light are blinking. What does it mean when they blink??

Hi Shelly,
I got your issue, if all the lights are flashing or all the lights are on , try connecting the router in a different electrical outlet if still the same. Sure the router has gone bad, problem is with the router.
Thanks,
prema

Have router and want to add my 3in1 printer to my laptop,

You will have to add a print server to your printer. The best one for your router and printer would be the D-Link RangeBooster G™ Multifunction Print Server (DPR-1260)
