If you will bet the model and date code located on the bottom of the brewer, the machine can be replaced. If it is 3 years old or less, then it will be replaced at no cost. If it is over 3 years old, it will be replaced at a reduced cost.

I have a bunn coffee maker, BT10-13. The reserve water takes very long to reheat after making a pot of coffee. Thus I can't make a second pot of coffee for a long time.

Are you rapid firing your coffee maker? Not designed to do that.. If the water heated that fast it would boil dry if you ever left it unattended and on. The reservoir is heated with the time it takes to drink a full pot taken into consideration for reheating.. If you are serving 20 cups with a 10 cup machine, Expect a delay, especially if you are refilling with cold tap water. Sorry.

Yes, you can get a washer from your local Bunn repair shop. For a list of repair facilities in your area, go to www.bunn.com And yes, the heat is a problem, so you can't use just any washer.

The heating element inside is problably broken. Thats what mine does. just disconnect it and you will see that cures your problem. You cannot buy parts for this. I have tried already.Junk
