Hi - Any time I've had an issue with my Bunn BT10-B, I go to the website, www.bunn.com , and go to their Customer Service area. They have been extremely helpful and informative.
Are you rapid firing your coffee maker? Not designed to do that.. If the water heated that fast it would boil dry if you ever left it unattended and on. The reservoir is heated with the time it takes to drink a full pot taken into consideration for reheating.. If you are serving 20 cups with a 10 cup machine, Expect a delay, especially if you are refilling with cold tap water. Sorry.
Yes, you can get a washer from your local Bunn repair shop. For a list of repair facilities in your area, go to www.bunn.com And yes, the heat is a problem, so you can't use just any washer.
This is the free full service manual F15, F20 & F35 complete with troubleshooting section at the rear. This section has easy, plain english steps to follow to solve this very problem (others, too).
The heating element inside is problably broken. Thats what mine does. just disconnect it and you will see that cures your problem. You cannot buy parts for this. I have tried already.Junk
