hi, most universal remotes do not program to air conditioners. you need to contact Sanyo and see if they can provide you with a new remote.

try to unclog drain line of your ac.or check the elevation of you indoor may be the drain water cannot flow smothly.

I would look online ebay or call the company direct.

it is happening due to blower motor not giving the signal to pcb pls check their is a return signal wire in blower motor is broken or motor is defective.
