Hello, yesterday when I was surfing the net on my pc (using opera) I suddenly got this weird program that I know for a fact that I've never installed. It said it was a anti-virus program and that I had alot of viruses installed, but that is just a load of ****. So I opened my task manager and shut down the program. Today when I turned on my computer it wouldnt let me open task manager or any other windows program. Well it let me open them but they would shut down in a matter of seconds with a message from the so called "anti-virus program" telling me that taskmanager was infected. So I restartet the computer and ran it in safe mode and used msconfig and went through the program list for any odd programs. Nothing out of the ordinary was found. I restarted the computer and pressed ctrl alt delete and got the taskmanger up and I watched as the programs were starting up. I saw a program called: cqnhuehsjmo.exe A program I am definatly positive that I've never seen before (I am rather active im checking the task manager, since I shut down random excess programs when I'm gaming). After I shut down this program I have seen nothing more of this anti-virus program, but it comes right back as soon as I restart the computer. I installed Malwarebytes (free version) and ran a quick search and found 6 different viruses and destroyed them, but I am quite sure these are not the one I'm looking for. I am running a full complete scan with Malwarebytes right now and so far it has found 2 more threats, I will have to get back to you to know if either of these were the one. Thank you.

Your best bet is to reboot into safe mode and scan the system, doing this will help ensure that program doesn't start. If after doing this you are still seeing that program you might want to try doing a system restore, try to find one that is a few days older then when the problem started.Starting a system restore can not be stopped once started so take your time when picking the restore point.
Ps.you can run the system restore when your in safe mode,I'd say doing that would be your best bet so as to ensure that program is not running.
Hope this has helped,I'll check back in a few hours to see what progress you've had, good luck

How to activate window 7 microsoft word

Just uninstall word since you don't use it. It is just a 30 day demo anyway.

To uninstall or change a program
  1. Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button 4f6cbd09-148c-4dd8-b1f2-48f232a2fd33_818.jpg, clicking Control Panel, clicking Programs, and then clicking Programs and Features.

  2. Select a program, and then click Uninstall. Some programs include the option to change or repair the program in addition to uninstalling it, but many simply offer the option to uninstall. To change a program, click Change or Repair. 18abb370-ac1e-4b6b-b663-e028a75bf05b_48.jpg If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

I've been using opera browser then suddenly found out that it doesn't open anymore. what should i do?

Sounds like the installation of Opera is corrupt. If you saved the installation file, reinstall it. If not, go to their site and download the latest version and install that one. If it tells you there is already a version installed, it may ask if you want to uninstall it. You do. If it has a problem installing, you may need to uninstall it thru Control Panel>Add Remove Programs if Win XP. If Vista, the place is Programs ....

Hi, my laptop sound has gone dead in a sudden. When I open the volume mixer, I can still see the green bars jumping up and down on digital output device (SPDIF) but nothing at all for windows media player...

Hello patrick886,
If your volume mixer is still showing the noise bars moving, that's great. It means the computer knows sound is coming from somewhere, the fact that you can't hear it, indicates there's a problem with where to send that sound (aka your speakers). Now with the no sound coming out, I'm guessing you are talking about the internal speakers and not external ones.
Have you recently installed any kind of music editing software? Mp3 player such as Winamp, iTunes or other music related programs? I'd start by checking the device manager to see if the speakers are at least being detected.
I've put together a nice little picture for you. Hope it helps!!

Hi ,I have worked some weeks with Opera browser 10.62,then it stopped uploading.I redownloaded it and got Opera 10.63 ,I made a setup successfully but I could not use it.Everytime I load it up I get an...

Some time have passed, so maybe you've solved your problem. Opera is probably the best browser and absolutely the best one for windows 98 and ME, because all the others' last version for win 9x was years ago, while Operas last working version is a few months old.
My PC is 10 years old (702MHz, 379MB, HDD20GB) but still working adequately on the Millennium Edition. I don't want to upgrade OS or programs but was forced to find something better than IE6 to surf the web. Optimal for ME requirements is Opera. I downloaded the latest release 11.00 but it automatically detected that OS was obsolete and refused to install. The archived 10.63 installed and worked perfectly improving the look of my desktop and overall performance. I was getting to know the browser customizing the settings incrementally.
I experienced the same OUniAnsi.DLL ERROR as EVERYBODY who has Opera 10.63 on a Windows ME or older OS with the setting for automatic updates untouched, (default for automatic updates) eventually WILL HAVE: Opera didn't run, immediately blaming the missing OUniAnsi.DLL. The day before it worked perfectly and closed without problem. After research of forums I found a "quick fix" thanks to Grez7 on MyOperaForum:
Good news: I only opened the folder C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\CPROGRAM FILESOPERA\ containing three files. Deleted them. That's all! No uninstalling, no wiping all files, no copy of the DLL, no registryrestoring, I just restarted the PC.
Result: Opera opened as if nothing had happened, remembering the last session with all tabs, zoom, notes and settings in perfect order!
The upgrade to 11.00 occurred without my knowing when Opera was off. I believed updates only would be for 10.63 since 11.00 is uninstallable. I was wrong! Don't leave the setting on default! (Ctrl+F12, AdvancedTab, Security,'Do Not Check for Updates') I didn't know about KernelEx, but it seems to be a good idea: http://sourceforge.net/projects/kernelex/files/KernelEx/4.5%20Final/KernelEx-4.5-Final.exe/download
Apart from time to open/start I'm very pleased with Opera performance on Windows ME! With "Turbo" enabled it loads the text immediately and all the heavy flash and scripting loads later if you want it to. Sites that crashes IE6 and is too heavy for slow cpu:s is rendered in Opera. You control ads and cookies and have fantastic shortcut keys and mousegestures, zoom and lots and lots of features... [email protected]

Canon Pixma iP2000: yellow power light blinks-reset doesn't work

Normal 0 Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
