I have a be microwave. Turned it on to cook something and heard a pop. After about 10 more seconds it completely shut off. Blew house circuit breaker. Reset breaker. Programmed time. Turned unit back on to cook. 10 seconds blew breaker again. Any ideas?

your power transformer for the magnetron could have a shorted primary power winding, the door safety interlock switch could be mis-adjusted,this normally blows the internal unit fuse,a shorted high voltage capacitor,or diode,a bare wire inside the unit, more than the microwave on that circuit or a weak circuit breaker in the house power panel
Sounds like you could have a fauly control circuit. Something like when you press the pad the processor does not interpret the information correctly and resets itself. Or the power going to this circuit is being interupted. It is VERY dangerous to work inside of a microwave. So you could get an estimate from a repair shop. But those control boards are expensive. Do not attempt to repair this yourself. For your own safety.
