CANNOT OPEN THE iNTELLI-sTUDIO PROGRAMME - Samsung SMXF40 Camcorder

I could not find Panasonic's Intelli-studio. But perhaps if you registered your camera you can.

Hi, Check your Pc is it working slow in general or on particular application, if generally its slow than check Hard disk space and try to remove unwanted files.

You need to install Intelli-Studio,

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Maybe you accidentally clicked to have them deleted after being transferred to your PC

Transferring files by connecting the camera
as a removable disk
Connect the camera to your computer as a removable disk.
1 In Shooting or Playback mode, press [m].
2 Select Settings - PC Software - Off.
3 Turn off the camera.
4 Connect the camera to your computer with the USB
cable.

Transferring files with Intelli-studio
Intelli-studio will start automatically when you connect the camera
to your computer with the USB cable.
The battery will charge while the camera is connected to a computer with the
USB cable.
1 In Shooting or Playback mode, press [m].
2 Select Settings - PC Software - On.
3 Turn off the camera.
4 Connect the camera to your computer with the USB
cable.
5 Turn on the camera.
• The computer recognizes the camera automatically and
Intelli-studio launches automatically.
6 Select a destination folder on your computer, and then
select Yes.
• New files stored on the camera will automatically transfer to
the selected folder.
• If your camera has no new files, the pop-up window for saving
new files will not appear.

i think you must check your PC hardware......
Your Ram memory...because it also eat a lot of ram memory.....

Go to START then Control Panel then Add/Remove Programs
now remove ALL installs that you see there. Once that is done Restart your pc and go back there to make sure that there is not a copy still in there. If so Remove it If not Reinstall your program. You probably have either past versions running or pieces of past installs running.
