It will not turn on. It has worked fine up until yesterday. I checked the cords, power switch (at the wall), remote, etc. It will not even light up, turn on, anything.
Where do I go to have my picture fram serviced???? It has worked fine. Then it shut off and will not turn on again. I pulled the power cord and left it off for a couple of days and then plugged it back in. That had worked before and now does not.

Hi First of all try another power unit and if you did so and it still not working I think that maybe micro fuse inside burned off and you must open the cover to see it
Try the simple stuff first ... turn the picture frame off. Then remove the AC power adapter from the a/c socket in the wall. Wait 30 seconds then plug the adapter back into the wall outlet. Turn your picture frame back on and notice any error messages that may get displayed.
I would think sometimes it requires time to Charge the Battery before happy face on screen comes on...loL :). Try to plug in adapter cable, or power cable, and leave it plugged in for a bit. Then try again later :)
It's the power adapter... I had the same problem as of yesterday and today I used the power supply from my HDTV and it worked as good as new. Will have to go out tomorrow and get a new power supply.
Mine does this when the power cord shorts itself out. For a whileI could fix it by simply untwisting the cord close to the plug, but eventually I had to cut and splice the cord to keep the lines separate (think a bunch of electrical tape. It works fine now that the cord isn't shorting out. Hope this helps!
1. Turn the frame off. 2. Unplug the power cable from the wall outlet. 3. Remove any memory card or flash disk from the frame. 4. Connect the power cable directly to a wall outlet. 5. Turn the frame on. 6. Use a paper clip to press the button inside the pinhole on the back of the frame.
