First of all try another power unit and if you did so and it still not working I think that maybe micro fuse inside burned off and you must open the cover to see it

Try the simple stuff first ... turn the picture frame off. Then remove the AC power adapter from the a/c socket in the wall. Wait 30 seconds then plug the adapter back into the wall outlet. Turn your picture frame back on and notice any error messages that may get displayed.

hi try to see if you have a reset hole in the back or sides if not then try to reconect the battary or to empty the battary .
