A red image pops up when I take a pic

Everytime I take a pic I have a little red box pop up on the upper right hand corner and in the box it has an arrow pointing in the box I wish I could see images just to show you. I thought my memory card was full so I now have deleted all my pics but it didn't solve my problems. Any help would be great

Hi,

I have an DMC-FZ7K, I know exactly what you mean.

The red box with the arrow inside it flashes because the camera is writing the pictures or videos to the SD card.

When you stop taking a video, the box disappears, because the video has finished transferring to the card.

This red box is perfectly normal, and nothing to worry about. Furthermore this has absolutely nothing to do with the battery being dead or the card being full.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
When the battery dies, only the BATTERY ICON flashes.

When the SD card is full, a message saying so pops up on the screen.

Here is a link for if you would like to recover the pictures you deleted:

I chose the DMC-TZ3A since I didn't know what the letter was at the end of the model number for your particular camera. If this is the camera

Here is a link to the manual

If not

Here is link to the Lumix series cameras

Pg 25 indicates that flashing red in the upper right corner is the battery needing to be recharged. If the battery was recently recharge and its turning red on the screen, it could be that the battery isn't holding a charge and may need to be replaced.

I didn't see any other error messages on the screen indicating that icon unless b,c, or d models have a different error message in that area of the screen.

My HDTV went out in a lightening storm. What could it be?

Is your TV plugged into a surge protector? If not it very well may have gotten a power surge during the lightening storm that fried components in the TV.
Or is the TV connected to a cable box? It could be that the cable box took the hit if it's not plugged into a surge protector.
Or a possibility of both.

Hi I have a sony KDP-57XBR2 television set and the

I had the same problem in blue. I took the right front speaker cover off (pops off) and the access panel on the right side 2 - 4 screws. In the upper right corner is a black plastic box with 2 rows of 3 adjustment screws. All I did was turn one of the "screen" screws (not the "focus" screws). Hope this helps. May only be a temporary fix, but good luck...

The channel information/display won't stop popping up every few seconds.

What you all need to do is get away from a coax cable connection. If you have a cable box, or satellite box, take the coax cable off and use red, white, n yellow rca composite cables to connect your recievers to the tv. if you dont have a cable box, either get one, or get a converter box and use a tuner outside of the tuner within the unit. The tuners in those tv's are built to show you when you experience signal fluctation(which is normal with a coax cable) and thats why the box keeps popping up on its own. good louck to you all with this problem

Green box keeps popping up in upper right corner

You should be watching your dvd's on an input and not on tv analog 3. Every time the tv "senses" a signal change in the audio that screen will pop up. Connect the DVD player to the tv by using either the red, white and yellow (composite) connections or using the green, blue, red, white and red (component). Once you are on an actual input that box will stop popping up.
