Ok, I had this problem & finally fixed it! Hold the power button till the word "polaroid" come across the screen, wait a few seconds to make sure its on. Push the bottom right corner of the screen, push the middle of the left hand of the screen next, go down to about the middle of the screen and start pushing towards the right. If it doesnt work right off then keep trying cause it does work!
