The air-gap between the ignition coil module and the magnets of the flywheel is a close tolerance. It is adjusted to about .010"-.012". This is approximately the same as the thickness of a standard size business card. I double the cover and let the magnets on the flywheel (lined up with the coil legs) pull it in tight 9compressing the paper card) and then tighten the adjustment screws. The screws have been known to vibrate loose and the gap would be lost. You can use threadlocker on the screws (optional) or just tighten them down well. Too large an air-gap is bad, but the closer the air-gap, the stronger the spark.

If you use thread lock on the screws, make sure to use the removable type:

Need oil/gas ratio for Echo back pack lblower - model PB-400E

Since every engine is different the manufacturer almost always has it printed in the gas cap. It should look like 50:1 or 50/1 (50 parts gas to 1 part oil).

Echo backpack blower stops after 20 minutes

Make sure the fuel tank cap inlet valve is working properly, this will allow a vapor lock if it is not. Then check the fuel line in tank to make sure the pickup filter is not hung up in tank thereby allowing the fuel to get below the pickup. Also check the fuel line for holes. You can also try toro.com customer care, manuals and parts, type in model no. then get owners manual and see if in troubleshooting section it list this problem.
