My oven has suddenly started to show on the dial F 03 and now does not work. How do I fix this? It was working fine but the other day whilst on it suddenly changed to F 03. I turned it off at the mains but that did not work.

If the element and the indicator light both stopped working this suggests a problem with the power supply for the grill control. Either the grill control has no power going to it or it is faulty and requires replacement. If you are not sure what you are doing you'd better get a tech. to look at it, it can be fairly complicated for the untrained person.
You have more than likely got your oven set to Automatic. If your oven has a face clock turn one of the dials until a hand shows up this will then set it back to manual and should go fine. Same applies for a digital clock you should also see a hand come up. Depending on what oven etc depends on what buttom or dial to turn or press. hope this helps.
I have this exact same oven and this "feature" annoys me no end. To turn it off ... turn the clock dial to PAST the time that the timer dial shows. EG: If your timer dial is showing 6, turn the clock dial so that it rolls past 6 o'clock. This will pop out the timer dial and thus turn off the timer, allowing you to use the oven normally.
To stop accidentally pushing/turning that timer dial, I removed the knobs. Good luck.
On our oven, we have to reset the clock before the oven will work. I think it's because of the automatic timer features.
Yours is a slightly different model, but on ours we have to press the two buttons with arrows on, at the same time as turning the clock dial. Once this is done, the oven should work again.
