Hi, I have a Motorazr V9 that has completely gone haywire as of a couple of days ago. It's as if it had a grand-mal seizure (without being dropped or jarred in any way; nothing was spilled on it either). I'd made a call, hung up, then music, ringtones, and the like started playing without being requested. Then the external keypad locked itself, subsequently unlocked itself, locked itself again, unlocked itself again. It would make beep sounds out of the blue. I tried to make a call and after entering only a few digits, the phone would try to place the call without me pressing send, then the message would read 'unavailable'; I'd try again, the phone would 'send' without the full numeric phone number being entered. I was able to receive one call, but the phone dropped the call mid-way through even though I was stationary and in a good cell-reception zone. The keypad has locked itself again and I can't get it to unlock. Very bizarre behavior! I think I need to send it to Motorola for software repair. Do they fix things like this? Do you have their contact info (800 number preferably) or their address? Thanks for any guidance you can offer! Andrea
