I've sansa express mp3..it turn on and when it does, i get the sandisk blue sign at the beginning then it shuts off. I plug back into my computer and a weird texture comes on, not the dog.my computer also couldnt install the driver and the device is not recognised..i tried firmware upgrade manually...but since the device isn't recognised,there's no way i can upgrade...manual reset isn't helping too...

just re plug it and see what happens or.. if you have wall mount charger with a usb connect .. then us it ... and if all fails... open ur player and disconnect the batter for a minute and reconnect it and then put it to recharge...
let me know what happnes..
