You have to go into the programming options and change the wait time. There is usually a 7 second or 18 second wait option

I have installed a Compustar CM800 S remote car starter with a Datalink ignition bypass on our 2007 GMC Envoy. It starts 3X and shuts off not satying running. Any help on this matter?

Rip it out restore the wiring to original and leave well alone these things always give trouble and no end of questions on here ,put car in the garage to keep it warm ,once started drive off straight away ,leaving the engine running to warm the car up will shorten the engine life ,do what the swedes do and fit a small electric heater into the cylinder block ,park car in the garage and dump the junk in their, then fit a block heater and using a timer to turn it on to wamr the engine a hour before you leave for work .

This Sign appears on the dashboard , What Is the problem? VW eurovan

I m not familiar with VW Eurovan but, assuming your vehicle is diesel powered, I would say that the sign indicates a fault with the "pre-heaters" which should only come on when cold starting a diesel. Normally, this sign appears on switching on, and you wait until it goes out before starting.
Does this happen on your vehicle and, has this symbol previously gone out after a few seconds? There is a relay, on the starting circuit, which should cut these pre heaters, after a short while.
I see that your temp gauge shows 90 degrees so, he engine is hot.
Try disconnecting the leads to the glow plugs, check that the engine starts OK and see if the warning symbol disappears In warm weather you can leave the leads disconnected and, if you have a meter, check if there is still power to the glow plug leads after the engine has started. (a 12 v bulb and wire would do). It they are still powered, there is a fault with the glow plug relay.

Astrostart 2100 autostart will not work all the time

It would almost appear that your battery is weak. If the engine doesn't freely turn over the remote start will not work because it recognizes the problem. I would also hope that you plug in your block heater when it's really cold.

Cars rpms goes extremely high, have to shut off engine unhook battery to reset computer, remote start, then works ok for a while. I noticed the problem more often if temps out side are extremely cold. ...

The problem you have described do not sound remote start related. A remote start unit does not have the ability to alter the RPM. The remote start system only replicates the process of turning on the ignition, starting the engine and keeping it running for a predetermined length of time.
The heater temperature problem should not be remote starter related either.
As for the day time running lights, although rare, if wired inproperly there is the possibility that the remote starter has caused it to fail. This will have to be determined by a qualified technician.

2004 Passat TDI won't start

using the key, lock car/hold key over for 30 secs, then press/hold unlock button for 30 secs, that resets the alarm/immobiliser.OR does the pre heater coil light up orange then go out so that you can start car,or are you trying to start the car too soon or waiting too long after the light goes out.also try spare key, sometimes key looses code...as the pre heater is operated by opening the drivers door any delay...
have you tried wynns/redexe diesel treatment, could be dirty injectors.....
after trying all the above and you have no joy, come back to me, ta!

Hard to start by sub zero temp

oh oh oh, thats why father christmas uses a horse,,,
dieal engines dont get very good starting when its realy cold,,,
the heater light may go out but are they getting realy hot???? if not it wont start very well, my trick is give it twice the heat turn the kye to pre heat when the light go's out very quikly turn it off and back to pre heat again,,, when you have dont this the second time start her up,,,
now watch her go??? the heater relay should hold the heaters on for a minuet or so even though the light has gone out, so your could be fulty and it turning them off to soon, and a biseal with out heat is a dead duck if its cold,,,do as i all ways do if its cold,,,,twice the heat then start her up, it takes far less out of the battery that cranking up twice
