You will need to check the air gap at the ignition coil/flywheel. It should be about .010"-.012" where the magnets in the flywheel pass under the coil legs. That is about the thickness of a regular business card. So, some disassembly will be required. If the gap is closed, or too large, you would have no spark. If the gap is OK, then the coil may have failed. Make sure the screws holding it to the engine are tight, and if you remove them, you may wish to use threadlocker on them, so they don't vibrate loose and cause the gap to change.
