When I turn my chair on it shows me the level of charge by turning the little ligths all on, but as soon as I move the joystick at any direction it does a little sound like a breaker popping and the little ligths starts to flash all together, tree times in a row and then a rest for a couple of seconds.

The code indicates bad left motor wiring or connection. Check the left motor wiring connector and if it looks ok then you will need to replace the left motor. If medicare paid for your chair they will pay for most of the repair cost. you can contact repair xpress @ 1-877-581-3733 or roadrunner mobilty @ 1-800-467-2668 these are two great repair companies that will bill Medicare for the repair cost. Hope this helps

Invacare TDX SP. how can I be sure it's charging? Should there be lighted indicator on control screen?

Not a specific charge light but the battery level lights should blink. If you have no lights that turn on on the joystick when you turn the joystick on then the chair is not charging, Do any lights turn on when you plug the charger into the chair then into the wall?

Why does joystick light drop to red as soon as u move motor were done new cable and joy stick

The batteries are to weak to drive the chair. It takes a lot of battery power to start moving but not when you just turn it on. Using a volt meter in the charge port before and when you push the joystick will confirm this. Very typical of wheelchair batteries to do this when weak.

Battery level indicator continually flashes when turned on, chair does not move.

Not much info to go on, but you may be in Lock Mode. On a VSI the Profile LEDs scroll left to right. To Unlock a VSI: Push joystick forward until beep, then pull joystick back until beep. Unit is now unlocked.

I charged the batteries for 12 hours and then turned the chair on. The batteries appear to be bully charged, but the chair will not move. The joystick is flashing 8 times. Apparently a joystick fault? ...

There isn't too much you can do to fix this problem. You will have to have the joystick replaced. If Medicare paid for the chair then they will pay for most of the repair costs contact the provider that sold you your chair to have them order a joystick from Pride and repair the chair for you Hope this helps

Do not know if chair is taking a charge lights just keep moving across armrest .how do u tell when fully charged?

hi let me see if i can help ,

When the lights go back and forth on your joystick that means the chair knows its pluged in .Now the chair itself has a built in charger that is mounted on the back of your chair .The back of the chair ,there is a opening a cutout in the frame .when you plug in your chair there will be a red light and a yellow ,yellow means the chair is charging, wait till it turns green, this means fully charged. When you plug in the chair youll see the lights through that hole.Look for the lights.

I recommend my customers to leave there chair charging over night look at the light it will be green when you turn the chair on the joystick should show fully charge.

Good luck hope i was of some help.

When i plug in the charger the led light stays on green but on the joystick the lights are moving back and forth as if it is charging but wheelchair does not move

Joy When you plug in the charger the lights on the joystick will scroll because of something called charger inhibit which disables the joystick when charging It is a safety feature. Now when you disconnect the charger turn off the chair and then turn it back on you should then get all the battery lights indicating the charge level If fully charged all the lights will be lit. If after you unplug the charger and you still get the scrolling lights then you have a problem with the charger inhibit function in the joystick and it will have to be replaced. Hope this helps you

When turning power it makes a clicking sound but does not power up. battery charger has a red and green light on. When plugged in and turned on it flashes 8 times. I checked the power control connection,...

The chair will not move if the charger is plugged in. The flashes are normal with the charger plugged into the chair. The lights on the charger mean that the batteries have been fully charged. Red and yellow lights mean charging. After you unplug the charger from the chair (if off-baord charger, turn charger off or unplug from the wall) then unplug from joystick. after plug is removed from joystick press the on button and all the battery lights should be lit and when you move the joystick forward you will hear the electric bake release and the chair should move forward etc Hope this helps
