Service Manual is available from this site. It should contain the wiring schematic.
I do not have any experience in converting the output to digital.
If I understand this right, you are aiming to get a coaxial out. What is the connector type on the DAC?

In regards to getting a digital output off your CD player there really is not any point in doing this. With standard CD quality you are not going to get any audio benefit from upconverting to a digital format with the player.
You would have to purchase a $50 to $100 Analog to Digital converter and then you are still limited by the audio output of the Luxman d-90 cd player.
So I would recommend that you just use your analog outputs. If you are wanting digital output for your CD player you would be better off buying a new CD Player that has digital output.
Also note unless you are wantling to play digital CDs that are in a DTS for Dolby format there is no need for digital output on a CD player.
Let me know if you have any more problems or questions

Please let me know the model numbers to your Adcom CD player and Wadia DAC so I can better see how you have your current setup.
The deal with CD audio it is in a stereo format already so unless your are playing a CD with a system that is generating alot of impedance and/or a ground loop issue (which would cause static in the audio) then there is really no benefit to going digital with standard CDs.
However it you have DTS CDs with are digitally recorded audio in true 5.1 then you do not need digital output. Also note these CDs will not play in a standard player. Also Dolby made some that were the same but in Dolby Digital instead of the DTS format. The link below will explain more about them.

Dear Issken,
Thanks for your prompt reply. Before going further I want your explanation of following comment by you.
"Also note unless you are wantling to play digital CDs that are in a DTS for Dolby format there is no need for digital output on a CD player" I am not familiar with DTS.
For your information, I am currently using old Adcom CD player hooked with Wadia DAC and I am getting tromendous sonic quality improvement. I just want to replicate this success with Luxman d-90 Cd player. In other word, I just want to use this CD player as a transport.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Thanks in advance.

My Luxman d-90 cd player (manufactured in 1988) doesn't have digital out therefore I can't use my DAC. I am looking for a schematic for this product better yet if there is someone out there who already did successfully, I want to hear from him. I want a coaxial digital out teminal. Looking forward to hear from you. Choondo Kim from Korea
Dear Joshi,
It's BNC type on DAC input side. I will be using Wadia 12 or Wadia Pro DAC.
Thanks for your support.

Dear Issken,
Adcom cd player I have home is pretty old product. I purchased this unit in late 1980th. It was high end product within Adcom brand, I paid over $800 that time. However this unit does have digital out (coaxial). Before I used DAC, this Cd player produced plain not so exciting sound just before I experienced tremendous sonial upgrade by connecting Wadia Pro. Wadia Pro used be one of the best DAC availacle in 1990th. I paid over $1500 at that time.
To speak frankly my Adcom connected with Wadia Pro sounds lot better than $1500 range CD player produced recent years. Since I have another Wadia 12 DAC (rather cheap model. I paid over $1000 ten years ago) I want use Denon D-90 with this DAC.
I am not interested intrue 5.1 this time. Thanks for your support in advance. If I don't find an answer, I may have to decent player per your suggestion.
Regards,
Choondo
