Hi! Since your password is private, Virgin Mobile don't have any record of it. Don't worry you can still reset your mailbox, you can recover your password by doing the following steps below:
Please press and hold the 1 button on your mobile.
Then choose one of the following options.
If you have "password skip" turned off,
you'll be asked for your password. Call customer care at 1.888.999.2321
from your mobile to reset your mailbox.
If you've got "password skip" turned on, press 3 for personal options.
Press 3 for mailbox settings.
Press 4 to change your password.
Choose one of the following options.
Enter a new password (4 - 10 digits long, numbers only) then press #.
Press 0 to find out what your current password is. Then press * to keep it
