SOURCE: My Husky pressure washer 2600 psi powered by a gcv

It sounds like the (RMW 2.2 G24) pump has gone out. Mine had this problem after about 6 hours of use. I was able to order a new pump for around $160.00, and then installed it myself. Go figure it was just out of warranty. I think my next pressure washer will be one with a professional pump as I was told the one on my husky is only rated for about 40 hours of use.

MiTM will have that. See mitm.com Honda makes the motor but not the pressure washer. Honda does have manuals if you need one for that GCV160 motor.

What is the maximum water temp my machine can take?

The manufacturers do not recommend more than 120deg inlet temp. Overheating is a comon and serious problem for these high RPM direct drive pumps. Heat builds whenever the trigger gun is not pulled. Some pumps have special "hot pack" kits available, but even that maxs out at 160deg. Most real washers made for hot water, heat the water after the pump, not before. Special separate Hot Boxes are available for 2k or so.
