I have a new echo trimmer with attachment series from home depot and the weed eater head turns counter clockwise, but the edger attachment turns the correct way. Is there a way to make the weed eater head turn clock wise or do I need to return to store?

Place an Allen wrench in the opening on top of the head and slowly turn the head until wrench slides into the slot. Turn the weed eater head counter clockwise to remove the head.

I found that the fuel line kit sold at "Home Depot" has a diagram showing how the fuel lines are routed. The kit includes a wire tool so that you can pull the new fuel lines thru those little holes in the fuel tank. Hope this helps.
Some of the weedeater heads are known to be ineffective and quite troublesome. Try Home Depot maybe for a universal type head that will hold and feed line the way you want. They have strimmer parts.
We fixed it ourselves. We first removed the rapid loader head from the weed eater, then loosened both sets of screws on the top of the loader, enabling my husband to unjamb the little slide, retightened everything, reinstalled the head and it seems to work fine.
