I just recently moved, and plugged in my front loading washer (WFL 2400) to do a load. Half way through filling, i heard water hitting the floor, and water comming out from underneath the washer. Pls help...

Sounds like there's a hole or loose ejection water hose. Move the washer so it will run and you can look in the back to see where the water is coming from....fix the leaky problem once you find it. Could be a bad hose clamp as well
water in base after overfoaming has leak detection if you can tip machine back this water will run onto floor allowing unit to rest, make sure you put down some rags towel etc to trap water there will be up to a pint of water.
ther's something wrong with your water supply to the washer the humming noise is the solenoid on water valve working check water taps to make sure there is water there and hoses are not kinked
