First, try this. Delete all the music that you have in your Sansa while it is connected to your computer (BESIDES Angel, Return of the Champion, Cobblestoned Waltz, and Babylon of the Orientals). Then, put in your CD's again and copy them all into a folder on your computer, and save them. Hit My Computer, and go into the folder with the CD's imported songs in it. Next, open Windows Media Player. Highlight by Shift+Clicking and Ctrl+Clicking the songs you want in the folder and right click on them and hit "Add to Now Playing List" in the drop-down menu. Then, go to Windows Media Player and hit the Sync tab, go to "Views" menu, click on the "Now Playing List" option, and drag all the songs into the Sansa tab on the right.
THIS IS FOR VIIIISTTTAAA. If you do not have Vista, I am sorry but I cannot help with that. (Maybe get Vista :-))

1.take all songs to computer (and pictures ,movies)
2.make sure your computer dont shows hidden(needed files) files.. if you are using xp or vista do this controll panel/folder options
3. delete all music, pictures, movies on your mp3/mp4 ( dont delete any thing other!! )
4.pull the music back to it
/it worked for me well well hopes it works
You have to synchronize your Sansa to a computer that has a current subscription to Rhapsody, and you have to sync the Sansa to that same computer at least once every 30 days, or the Rhapsody songs will stop working. Use a different music service that is free, or convert all of the songs to Mp3 format to get around the problem. If you get a subscription to another music svc, then you must maintain a current subscription with whatever new svc you choose as well.
This generally happens when the music is encoded at a low "bitrate", its called clipping.
Only solution is to remove the songs from the device.
Best of Luck.
