My Sylvania LD320SSX is royally messed up, while watching a DVD I hit the volume button on the TV and the screen went into a contiunous loop of colors showing up on the screen with no picture available. I was able to get the DVD out but the problems remains. Goes black, grey, green, red ,etc.

Can't get to full screen

You should be able to navigate this through the buttons on your TV. Hit menu and pull up video settings, then display. It can be set for automatic or constantly in one format (ex. 16:9, 4:3 ratio). Full screen would be 16:9 or letterbox.

Unless it has an eject button on the unit you need the original remote.

You are going to find Sylvania makes each model year (they do not really make the units someone else does) remote codes different--They are actually Philips.

Must change the Signal Tuner board.U well have good video after that.Not than 100% ur LCD Black projection Screen is dead not worth repairing.

Try 1864. It worked on my Media-Com remote when none of the other codes worked

I bought a 32 inch sylvania LD320SSX TV/DVD and had trouble with a Media-Com remote. Finally got it to work using code 1864

This TV may have gone into the service mode. Try one of two things to correct. With the remote in hand, press cursor button up/down and shut off TV. Or press cursor left/right and shut off TV. This should correct your problem!
