Well, u can connect to your router config. using network cable in order to retrieve or edit password.

If you have your router at default settings do the following.
Open a web browser and type 192.168.1.1 into the address bar. This should pull up the settings for the router.
The username is likely "admin" or "administrator" and the password "admin", "administrator" or "password". Once you're into the router you can change the settings as you wish.

see configuration tab - You will not be prompted to login the first time you connect to the Web User Interface during the initial setup. During the Setup Wizard procedure, you will be prompted to create a user name and password to log on to the router. If you create a user name and password, you will need to use these whenever you want to log on to the Wireless MAXg Router. The user name and password are case-sensitive.
------------- so if you cannot remember the username and password - you will need to reset to fsactory condition and reset all the settings in the router for it to work with your ISP again
the reset button is on the back - RESET Button: To restore the factory default settings, use a paperclip to press in and hold the RESET button for five to ten seconds. If the RESET button is pressed for less than five seconds, the Wireless MAXg Router will reboot.
