With the scandisk inserted in your computer, locate the drive where you inserted and the file folder with the data you want to erase and delete or empty the file folder. If you do not have an available drive to place the scandisk, connect the media device with the scandisk included and locate the data via drive/file folder. There is none practical way of repairing SD Cards.

I have nokia 5130c and the memory card is demanding of password which i have forgetting it

install proper driver for supporting your micro card..
a cd would have been provided to you
you could install it and then use your micro card

open scandisk settings and disable that feature.
or else you can simply delete scandisk software and use your pen drive.

try scandisk and safe removal option, re-insert and try again

I was having same problem with a 4 yr old digital camera. Apparently, it only recognizes up to 512 MB, and the card needs to be partitioned into 4 parts.
