My Sansa Fuze 4gb wont turn on and isnt being recognized by my computer, iv also tried to soft reset it many times , nothing seems to work.. help plz..

I just encountered this problem with my wife's Sansa Fuze. The software had a fatal error and the system needs to be reset. To reset your Sansa Fuze, hold the power switch in the "ON" position for 10 to 20 seconds. Then release the switch and then turn it on again. That should fix it.

I've had the same problem with my Sansa Fuze 2GB. It's pretty frustrating, but in order to get it to work, I let it sit without touching it or doing anything with it for a few days. For 2-5 days, do not turn on your Sansa Fuze. After the amount of time has passed, try the soft reset again.
