With the handset on the hook press the conf button (the one with three phones on it).

The phone should ring with your current ringtone. Each press of the conf button will advance to the next tone.

pick up the handset and put it down again to select the ringtone.

I think there are 8 to choose from.

    Actually, do NOT lift the handset. Once you find a tone you like, let it ring twice more. Then you will hear a beep or two and it is set. I just did it. Easy as can be! Your comment was very helpful though.

I dont beleive you can on 64xx series. Try www.avaya.com/downloads

Auto answer
If you are an administrator, you can make the change in the second page of the station "auto-answer=none". Otherwise, if you are user and there in in your menu list the feature int-auto-ans, you can press the specific button.
