Using NTSC device on PAL TV

Hello
If you can buy one NTSC to PAL converter, you can use this device with your TV which has only PAL system. But it will be very difficult to get it from New Zeland, as these type of device will have no market at your country, and the no dealers will stock it of sell it. I assumes that your daughter is now in US or other countries, whch have only NTSC system adopted for both transmission and reception. Just ask her, whether dhe can get this type of device there. OK.

Wiimote hit my 42" lcd can it be fixed?

The LCD panel which is responsible for the picture is toast. You will need to replace it. You can have it repaired using a TV Repair guy but often it costs as much as a brand new LCD.

I recommend just finding the best sale you can and buy a new one.

My daughter broke my $1,600 LCD. It would have cost $1,200 to fix.. so I just bought a new one. After that I picked up a TV screen protector called TV Armor http://www.tv-armor.com Its designed to protect the TV from damage. Now I dont have to worry anymore when she is playing near it. It works really well.

Emerson VCR/DVD player - can't get tv (cable tv) to play anymore

I have the same problem with my Emerson VCR. When the ADD button is flashing, just press the menu button to exit the menu. It will add. That's the only thing I know to do. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Photo's on a cd wont play on my wii

Nope.
You can transfer the photos to a SD card, then plug the card into the SD slot of the wii, then upload the images to the Wii's photo channel.
