Model no. can be located at your motherboard plate somewhere along the pci expansion slots. Then download audio driver

Hi , try to open the sound and audio device if the icon are present and it it can be cleck or to ready to open it mean the sound and other souind device are working if does not try to re install , open control panel open add program to activate the sound driver , if does not work you may buy sound card with cd installation it may resolve your problem.
