i have a t mobile dongle im 32 years old my name is claire mighton, 18.01.1979, my adress is 119-4 stenhouse drive & i have a content lock i cant remove if id knew this when i bought the dongle as i changed from 02 i wouldnt have bothered changing as this has caused me alot of work loss
I already have a contract with these cowboys but keep exceeding my Fair Use Allowance so sent my GF out to buy a pay as you go one to tide me over till my ban is lifted.
My girlfriend purchased a dongle from PC world Isle of Wight and the store person took her name address etc just like they do in other electrical shops when she paid.
We tried using the dongle and came across a content lock. I Phoned T-Mobile to ask for it to be removed. They then told me I don't own the dongle and my girlfriend now has to confirm her age.
She doesn't have a credit card nor do we have a t-mobile store on the Island so T-Mobile said it cant be removed, Utter disgrace....
I had same problem
You will have to go into your local T mobile store
If you write T-Mobile a 'to the point' letter they well compensate you with a weeks voucher for pay and go
I e mailed and complained as I'm 30, And was not given the option for the content lock nor was it offered to be removed in store when i purchased it
I told T mobile what an inconvienioence it was that I had to take a day offf work to go to thier shop and prove my age when this should have been done in store
I also complained about the member of staff who sold me the dongle as she should have informed me of what I was buying... she failed to do this so to me, she failed to do her job properly
But then it is only the UNEDUCATED that work in these stores cause there was no vacancies left at McDonalds!
i have a content lock i wish to remove so i can go on facebook and chat to my family and friends but do not have credit card and my date birth is over 18 13 07 1956
