If u want to send and recive mails on ur mobile then u need to do some setting on ur mobile for that SMTP and POP3 is vital which will enable ur mobile to send and recive mails for setting Contact ur service provider

Call your cell phone carriers customer service and they may email you the unlock code and instruction for free within 24-48 hours. Tmobile did this for me several times on different phones. Tmobile will send you the unlock code and instructions via email for free for their customers within 24-48 hrs. But you have to call their customer service (US) 800-937-8997. I tried emailing them initially but no response. When I called they were so accomodating and didnt even ask why I wanted the phone unlocked.
Once they send you the code its simply inputting the code they provide. However to do this you must first put in a non tmoile sim. As far as I know this is only cingular or a foreign pay as you go sim card. Luckily I had a foreign sim that I saved on a prior trip as I have other unlocked phones and this worked for me. None of my friends had cingular so I could not use their Sim to do the unlock code on my phone. Nextel, Sprint and I think Verizon also dont use sim cards.
Alot of cell phone stores and kiosks will also unlock any cell phone for you for about $30.00. You may have to leave the phone with them and pick it up later like an hour or two later if they are busy.

do a hard reset

Make sure you have the current version on your device. Log in to your T-Mobile account and go to Support then click on Phone & Device. You should be able to verify what your version is upon upgrading to the newest software. When I had my Wing, I did that and it helped tremendously with texting, freezing, resetting, and it also helped with security settings also. Also, be sure that you dont have alot of texts in the inbox, outbox, drafts, and sent folder that drastically decreases the device's physical memory and causes freezing also. Try to keep all pictures, files, videos, music, and 3rd party applications on your memory card. Windows Mobile devices are known for bugs and freezing and any little thing can set them off.

You will have good supports in cyber space espcially at Youtube. It is best to take a look at few HTC models opening up and will get some ideas. These are done by technically inclined people so you are responsible if it goes strange way. Here is the link. Good luck.

Give the IMEI number by pressing *#06# .It will display a number thats called IMEI number.Give me that number to unlock your phone.
Give me the name of the network provider as well as your country.

If you cant get the Imei number open your phones back cover and take the barttry out, there you will find the 15 digits IMEI number on the sticker.

Then i will give you the lock code

I have had the same issue twice now, both times I was able to buy replacement buttons on e bay for about 10 dollars, however there is no instructions, and I think it was my fault it broke the second time because they are so delicate and difficult to replace without breaking a clip. However they are cheap and easy to find on e bay if you wanna chance the repair yourself!!
