If you have a motherboard driver cd try to install from it or else search in the company website of asus to get the driver for the operating system you want .sometimes driver may not installing since you installed the driver which is not supported in that case uninstall any drivers installed for audio and install the recommended driver

Find the drivers online from asus's website, just search for your motherboard. Then download and burn the drivers to a cd. Now you have a new driver cd for your motherboard. I hope this helps solve your problem.
