The amplifier is over heating. Probably the emitters, drivers and voltage regulator is bad. I suggest a clean sweep replacing the power pack integrated amp, all emitters, mosfet regulator, and SRC power switch start up control.
F61 is an error code. It will automatically shuts down your unit. This is very common on your unit.
Try to checked if the fan is working or not. I have repaired some unit before, this is the caused why f61 appeared. The symptom is shutting down the unit after a few minute. If the fan is not working it will shuts off automatically to avoid further damaged to your output I.C. from overheating.
If confirmed that the fan is working then I've suspect that your output I.C. is shorted. This is quit technical and need to send to repair shop to isolate the faulty parts. The output IC of your unit is RSN series and quite expensive.
REPLACE RSN IC(SOUND AMPLIFIER THEN CHECK AND REPLACE 2 -3 SMALL TRANSISTORS TWO 2SC3199 AND ONE 2SD592 THEY RE ON THE AMPLIFIER BOARD,EVEN WHEN RSN IC IS REMOVED SHOULD NOT SHOW F61 AFTER YOU'VE REPLACED THOSE TRANSISTORS
If the sub has a volume control, turn it down then turn up the volume on the amp to the very high volume you mentioned. If it still has very low muffled sound, then we know the problem is about the amp.
